If this will be your first visit with us, you may have questions about what to expect -

Each Guest House has

• Big stone wood burning fireplace - We allow only "DuroFlame" type logs.
• Private enclosed deck with private hot tub
• Cable TV, VCR
• Some Guest Houses have private screened porches
• Access to Lake Michigan beach just steps away

Each Guest House is provided with (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) washcloth per person per day. Bring your own beach towels summer. We provide larger towels for the hot tubs.

Queen size beds all have linens, (2) pillows and a blanket. If you would like a blanket for the beach, please bring your own.

You will receive maid service each day of your stay during the hours of 11 am to 4 pm to...

• give you fresh towels
• make the beds
• empty the trash

Fully equipped kitchens include dishwasher & microwave, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, coffeemaker & toaster.

You are responsible for doing your own dishes and leaving the Guest House and hot tub in the condition that you found it. A $100.00 service fee will be assessed if additional cleaning is required.

Feel free to bring your own DuroFlame type logs. Our office has a supply of logs for $5.00 each. Please note, for safety reasons, we do not allow wood or other materials in the fireplaces.

Check in time is between 4pm and 6pm ET and check out is 11am ET.

Late Arrivals Please Call Between 11am - 4pm for instructions.

Deposit Policy

We require full payment within 60 days of your arrival date. This deposit can be made by check, MC, or Visa. A written confirmation will be sent at the time of booking and when we process your deposit.

Reservation Policy

There is a two night minimum on weekends and at all times in the Guest Houses and a three night minimum on holiday weekends.

Cancellation Policy

61+ days prior to arrival will be charged a $50.00 service fee.

60 days prior to arrival will be charged the entire amount of your stay unless the space can be rebooked. A $50.00 service fee applies to re-bookings.

Rates are subject to change.

Check in time is between 4 pm and 6 pm Eastern time. Please call if you will be arriving after 6 pm Eastern time to receive late check in procedure.

Gift Certificates are available.

There is a $25.00 key charge for all keys not left at time of departure.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Rates are based on the following; for Guest Houses, a maximum of 6 guests in Tesi's Folly, Dee & Dave's Den and Niece's nest and a maximum of 4 guests in JJ's Last Resort, and Lil' Ray's Hideaway.

Limited daily maid service at the Guest Houses.

Weber Grills at Guest Houses.

Extraordinary cleaning of Guest House or hot tub is an additional minimum charge of $100
